I have been contacted by many friends wanting signed copies of The No-Diet Lifestyle Cookbook. I am happy to announce that I will be holding an online event to offer signed copies on November 1, 2014. The event will be announced as well on Facebook.

The price of the book is $20.00 and includes a personal note from me, postage & handling, and applicable taxes.  Please allow three weeks for delivery after the Cyber Book Signing has closed. Lower 48 states only. For international, Alaska and Hawaii sales, please contact me on Facebook.
